EP JX2-4 – High-Capacity Picking at the Next Level
The EP Equipment JX2-4 is a purpose-built mid-level order picker designed for warehouses and distribution centres where productivity, picking height and load capacity all matter.
With a substantial 1,000 kg capacity and lift heights of 3.2 or 3.6 metres, the JX2-4 allows operators to work at picking heights of up to approximately 5.8 metres. That makes it an excellent solution for medium-to-high level stock picking, replenishment and order fulfilment in busy warehouse environments.
Despite its impressive capability, the JX2-4 remains remarkably compact. At just 860 mm wide with a 1,600 mm turning radius, it is designed to manoeuvre confidently through narrower aisles and congested storage areas.
The spacious standing operator platform, excellent mast visibility and electronic power steering provide a comfortable and controlled working environment, while proportional lifting and lowering allow precise positioning when picking at height.
A powerful 24V/360Ah battery system provides the endurance required for demanding daily operation, while AC drive technology delivers smooth, predictable performance and travel speeds of up to 8 km/h.
The JX2-4 also incorporates electromagnetic braking and a strong, stable mast system, giving operators added confidence when working at elevated picking heights.
For warehouses, 3PL operations, distribution centres and larger retail environments needing to pick more stock from higher racking, the JX2-4 delivers an excellent combination of capacity, reach and manoeuvrability.
