The new EP EFL Medium Series Forklift in 3.0 tonne is a Lithium-ion forklift with a single purpose: replacing diesel yard trucks. It has the same low price, tough chassis and tested components - but in place of the diesel engine, there's just a Lithium-ion battery and silent electric motors.

As standard, the EFL Medium Series comes standard with a 4500mm triplex container mast, with all the functionality needed for yard operations - there is 2180mm freelift for unloading shipping containers, tilt and sideshift for unloading trucks, and a wide field of view for safety.

The EFL series is IPX4 rated. The waterproof design allows the trucks to be operated outdoors, even in the rain.

Thanks to its cutting-edge LFP battery in 80V/280Ah, 80V/410AH and 80V/460AH capacities, the EFL303 has energy costs 30% less than an comparable lead-acid forklift, and 50% less than a diesel yard truck. Combined with the low-maintenance AC electric drive chain, this delivers huge savings in long-term TCO. Developed inhouse by EP, the battery is maintenance-free, emissions-free and impact-safe.

Application

Due to the Li-Ion technology built into the EFL303 counterbalance truck, the machine is more powerful than most of its competitors. It is water protected and can be used outdoors also in the rain. Loading and unloading is where the EFL303 plays out its strength.
