EP TCL152 – Full Forklift Capability in a Super-Compact Package

The EP Equipment TCL152 is a remarkably compact 1.5-tonne lithium-ion counterbalance forklift designed for businesses that need genuine forklift performance in tighter working spaces.

Its three-wheel design and twin drive motors give the TCL152 exceptional agility, allowing it to turn tightly and manoeuvre confidently through narrow aisles, busy warehouses and restricted loading areas. At just 1,020 mm wide, with a turning radius of only 1,572 mm, it can work comfortably in areas where larger conventional forklifts can struggle.

Despite its compact dimensions, the TCL152 doesn't compromise on capability. With a 1,500 kg lifting capacity and 4.5 metre triplex container mast with free lift, it is well equipped for everyday pallet handling, racking, loading and unloading applications.

The low sub-2-metre overhead guard height also makes the TCL152 particularly useful where clearance is limited, including doorways, mezzanine areas, cargo lifts and container-related applications.

Power comes from an efficient 80V/100Ah lithium-ion battery, paired with permanent magnet synchronous drive technology and an integrated charger. Opportunity charging allows the truck to be topped up during breaks, while the maintenance-free lithium-ion system keeps day-to-day operation simple.

Inside, generous legroom, excellent visibility and smooth proportional hydraulic controls create a comfortable and intuitive operating environment. Automatic parking brake, ramp hold and automatic cornering speed reduction add further confidence during everyday operation.

And unlike many compact warehouse trucks, the TCL152 is rated for outdoor operation in the rain, giving New Zealand businesses greater flexibility when work moves between the warehouse and yard.
