Low Level Order Picker

The EPT20-RAP is an electric pallet truck from EP specifically designed for low-level order picking and pallet transport in warehouses and distribution centres. With a 2-tonne capacity and 12km/h top speed, the EPT20-RAP has several unique features to improve efficiency.

For example, the operator platform is open at both sides to allow quick dismounting, and the truck is designed to drive in the opposite direction from a standard pallet truck, with the forks trailing behind. This provides a more intuitive car-like driving experience which is safer for inexperienced staff.

To reduce operator fatigue, the EPT20-RAP features an ergonomic tiller with electronic power steering, and a comfortable padded backrest. Uptime is maximised by the reliable AC drive motor and high-capacity 360Ah lead-acid battery, mounted on lateral rails for easy exchange.

Application

The order picking truck EPT 20-RAP is designed to suit the complete order picking and transport process in the warehouse. With its safe and ergonomic driving platform, the order picker has a good view on his surrounding area and can safely steer the pallet truck through the warehouse. As he can enter the truck from both left and right side, the picking process is very ergonomic and fast. The EPT 20-RAP can be delivered with forks for 1 or two pallets to suit your order picking application.
