EP JX2-3 – One Machine, More Ways to Pick

The EP Equipment JX2-3 is a versatile mid-level order picker designed for busy warehouses where operators need to pick individual products and handle palletised orders efficiently from the same machine.

With an elevated operator platform providing a picking height of approximately 4.6 metres, the JX2-3 makes accessing medium-level racking straightforward. At the same time, its 700 kg capacity forks and 800 mm auxiliary lift allow the operator to raise the pallet or load to a comfortable working height as the order is being built.

That combination makes the JX2-3 particularly effective for multi-SKU order picking, where operators can move through the warehouse picking cartons, boxes or individual products directly onto the pallet carried in front of them.

At only 800 mm wide, the JX2-3 is compact enough to manoeuvre confidently through narrower warehouse aisles. Electronic power steering, a smooth AC drive system and proportional hydraulic controls provide precise, predictable operation throughout the working day.

The operator platform has also been designed with comfort and safety in mind, featuring a padded floor, backrest and overhead guard with harness mounting points, while the robust triplex mast provides excellent stability when working at height.

Powered by a substantial 24V/360Ah battery, the JX2-3 has the endurance required for demanding warehouse and distribution applications, with lateral battery removal allowing rapid battery changes where multi-shift operation requires it.

For e-commerce, warehousing, retail distribution and order fulfilment, the JX2-3 provides an intelligent combination of elevated picking, pallet handling and compact manoeuvrability.
